Hello!  I used the blue papers from the Cherry Blossom Lane collection to make this fun hot air balloon.  I used Silhouette cutting file 193648.  Lots of metal embellishments, dies, and cutting files were used to create the final product.  Start by using Pion Design Palette to make the base of the balloon for sturdiness and then cover the project with the patterned papers.  Don’t miss the sweet cutout bird from PD32009 that is tucked in toward the top of the balloon!
