Easel card

I feel so lucky when given the opportunity to spend time for paper crafting together with Marianne. Thank you for showing me how to create these lovely easel cards!

I love the way this vintage picture matches the Alma papers.
A butterfly and some flowers made out of the patterned papers became the perfect decoration.

Thank you for visiting our blog today!

Wow awesome card! How has you made the flowers?

Theresa ~ Pion Design

Thank you Elin! The flowers are made with a Die. I don’t remember the name…

Thanks for the answer. Sooo beautiful flowers :) too!

I’m sorry that I couldn’t help you more – got the die from a dear friend :)

Shirt shaped giftbox

I have made a giftbox shaped like a mans shirt. I actually have a template for my Gazelle to cut this, so it was quite easy. I really like the shape, and I think it’s a perfect giftbox for a man? With Pion Design’s papers I’m not in need of any other decorations, since the papers are so beautiful themselves.

Thank’s for stopping by!

A baby book

Here you have a small framed book to be used when documenting a childs first words and all those funny things that children say their first years. This makes a lovely keepsake for the future.
I have used the blue Alma’s Sewing Room papers and a picture from the collection From Grandma’s Attic. I also added some flowers, leaves a bow and a small charm. The texts are printed on the computer.

Have a great Spring day,
Marianne.

I love to mix & match papers from different collections.

The green ornament paper from Forget Me Not went pretty well with the fresh green in the photo :)

Welcome Maiko!

We are proud to announce that we are going to have Maiko Kosugi as a Pion Design Guest Designer for a couple of months. We are convinced that she will be able to create magic with our papers.
So let’s give a warm welcome to Maiko!

My name is Maiko Kosugi. I live in Tokyo, Japan. I’m married to a professional violinist and together we have 2 adorable sons, 5 and 10 years old. I am currently working as a piano teacher to children at home.
I started scrapbooking in  March, 2009, and it has become my favorite hobby ever since.  Even on my boy’s pages, I like to use many flowers for a lovely and shabby chic style. I also love using pastes and misting on my layouts.

I’m so proud to be one of Pion Design’s Guest Designers.
