    Tusen takk Åsa.
Her har jeg gjort så mye, og brukt så mange forskjellige produkter at det blir vanskelig å forklare. Men du finner mange flotte mixed media videoer på toutube.

vintage scene final pion blog

Hello! I would like to share a layout today called ‘Purple Rose’ using one of my favourite vintage family photos and the lovely papers from ‘Alma’s Sewing Room’ collection. This was the first time I made my own flowers using a die, I love how they turned out. I used ‘Alma’s Sewing Room’ Purple Wallpaper to make the large and small rose on the bottom right hand side underneath my photo.

Until next time,
Lisa Griffith

Stunning as everything you create – thank you sooo much ♥ReplyCancel

  • Jo

This is stunning Tara!!! Do you have a tutorial you can share to create this??
    Hugs,
    JoReplyCancel

    • DT ~ Tara

      Hi Jo,
I don’t have a tutorial but this is easy to make! Just make 5 matchboxes measuring
4″ long x 2 1/2″ wide x 1 1/4″ height and glue them together vertically. Then use thin chipboard to cover all the sides except for the front of this stack of matchboxes. Measure these areas for accuracy before you cut your chipboard, but the chipboard pieces for this enclosing box should measure approximately 4″ x 6 1/4″ for the sides and 2 1/2″ x 6 1/4″ for the back and 4″ x 2 1/2″ for the top and bottom. Hope this helps!ReplyCancel

  • Trish

Does this actually open? Tara ITS beautifully. Your so talented. God BlessReplyCancel

  • Maureen Blackshaw

Hi Tara, I just love all of your designs. I have made The Carousel and The Magic 4 Drawers, and I would now like to make The Winter Drawers and The Vintage Wagon. Do you have the papers that you used to make both of these projects, if you do I would like to purchase them from you. Could you please tell me which papers you used and if you have them in stock.
Would welcome a reply. Thanking you kindly Have a nice day MaureenReplyCancel

  • DT ~ Tara

Hi Maureen! The Vintage Wagon was made using papers from “For Mother.” I love that paper line but it is now discontinued. The Winter Drawers project was made using “Days of Winter” papers. I don’t have either of these in stock but check with other Pion Design distributors as someone else may have them available. Thank you for your comment! TaraReplyCancel
