My Mom loves flowers, garden and vintage.

Lately she had her  B-day and I made for her some home decorations.

I made flowers for them using magnolia die, added a big ceramic photo frame  and some media.

The new “A Day in May” collection is exquisite!  How fun it is to make projects with this light and airy vintage line. These papers transform a simple project into something out of the ordinary.

My box uses the soft green color of this collection paired with creamy cardstock and the lovely matching images.

Have a great day!

Hi there! It’s Mona here with a layout to share featuring beautiful papers from the A Day in May Collection.
For the tag shown below, I trimmed around a couple of preprinted tags from A Day in May ~ Tags. I distressed the edges then layered on top of the layout and stitched in place:

I embellished with various die cut foliage, the green leaves were made using A Day in May ~ White Blossom – back paper:

When I saw the pink papers in the Flower Frames collection I knew I was going to use them with this photo, as the colors matched perfectly. They have such a soft, sweet tone!

I made flowers from the same paper.

We have big charity event in Poland. And Polish scrappers often make boxes for bracelets and necklaces. It’s an amazing project, many girls making parts of jewellery than combine them together and finally pack in boxes. Two of mine I made from Pion Design papers.

DSC_2450

And I just have to say that working with Pion papers is pure pleasure.  Just take two randomly chosen papers and you know what?  They match!
