Hi there! It’s Mona here with a layout to share featuring beautiful papers from the A Day in May Collection.
For the tag shown below, I trimmed around a couple of preprinted tags from A Day in May ~ Tags. I distressed the edges then layered on top of the layout and stitched in place:

I embellished with various die cut foliage, the green leaves were made using A Day in May ~ White Blossom – back paper:
