Hello!  Today’s pocket card features an amazing vintage image from “Home for Christmas!”  I love the Christmas nostalgia that the picture evokes.  Paired with the knit green paper from the collection, I love how this card turned out.

The only way to make the most special Christmas cards and projects is to get your hands on this magical collection!

Hello and welcome to the beautiful new Christmas collection “Home for Christmas!”  Filled with traditional Christmas colors and nostalgic vintage images, this paper collection is a work of art!  I love giving handmade Christmas gifts to family and friends, and this year I have made special little home boxes that are filled with special home Christmas tree ornaments adorned with these beautiful papers, images, and special wishes.  I tried to think of a very meaningful gift from the heart this year, and this is what I decided on.  I’ve made and posted this project before as a recipe box filled with recipe cards.  This particular project was so well loved by the people I gave it to, that I decided to make the same project and make ornaments this time.  The great thing is that you can still make these ornaments and include a special recipe on each of the cards!  I am confident that these projects will be treasured as the the papers are just so perfect for Christmas!

I used festive Baker’s twine to create the method of attaching the cards to the tree.  There are many house dies available to use to make this project, but the one I used was a Spellbinders Amazing Paper Grace die of the month.

The above and below pictures show the front and back of the cards.  The front of the house can be left without decoration so that a recipe can be attached.

I hope you find inspiration to use these new Christmas papers to make your own meaningful Christmas projects!
